DIGITAL PROGAM ISSUES

I never received my digital program. What should I do?

Immediately after your order is confirmed Shopify provides a digital download link on the following page. We also send a back up link to the email provided during checkout. The first automatic email you'll receive is an Order Confirmation email, and the second automatic email contains an additional Download Link. If you did not receive any of these emails you may have provided an incorrect email. Please email support@athelitepro.com with the first & last name associated with your order. Current Response Time is 24-48 hours.  

My download link has expired & I cannot access my program anymore, what should I do?

After clicking the download link to initate your E-Book download, you have 24 hours to save your program to your device. If you do not save your program after downloading it, you won't be able to access your file after 24 hours. Please contact support@athelitepro.com for a new download link.

How do I save my program?

Using the download link that was given to you immediately after purchase, click link to start download either on your mobile phone or laptop. After download is complete you will need to save your program to an app of your choosing. We recommend iBooks or the Files app if you have an iPhone (simply click "open with" & choose iBooks, or Files). Your program will be stored wherever you open it. The Notes app cannot be used to view your program as the program is a PDF file. If you have an Android you can use any app that allows for PDF viewing.

How long do I have access to my programs?

After successfully downloading and saving your program, you will have access to it forever.

The video links in my program are not working. What should I do?

Programs must be saved (not just downloaded) in order for all links to work. See "How Do I Save My Program".

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy on all Domestic orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are currently not processing returns on International orders.

To be eligible for a return for store credit, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.


To start a return, you can contact us at Support@athelitepro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When can I expect my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be approved for store credit in the amount of the approved returned item/items for any future orders.
