This program is 10/10. I am a university student and I also work full time so my schedule is tight and going to the gym isn't practical for me. This program fits well into my schedule. The workouts are manageable and everything is perfectly thought out. This is my second program from Kiara and Neko and once again they never disappoint.

This is nice for beginners who are committed to moving!! Simple exercises that u can perform and perfect then once getting it you just ADD weight!! Let’s gooooo!!!! Then REPEAT!!!
