This program is demanding but not too difficult. I love that it is 3 days of intense work which is easier to maintain and I also like that I can use equipment at home if I cant make it to the gym. Restarting next week (I fell off when I traveled for 2 weeks) and hoping to see these extra PCOS pounds fall off!
