Another 8 weeks of Full Body Glute-Specialized programming. You’ll have a 4-day split, with a Strength & Conditioning day included, as well as Sprint progressions to burn body-fat as you make gains. This Volume ends with a Max Out Day for Barbell Hip Thrust, to truly test your strength.
