Another 8 weeks of Full Body Glute-Specialized programming. You’ll have a 4-day split, with a Strength & Conditioning day included, as well as Sprint progressions to burn body-fat as you make gains. This Volume ends with a Max Out Day for Barbell Hip Thrust, to truly test your strength.

Just completed volume 1 and I’m so excited to start volume 2! Definitely saw a difference doing volume 1 I’m stronger, my form is continuing to get better and better, and these muscles are starting to show! Once I finish vol. 2 I’m running the whole thing back for sure
